Are you a student? With your sports pass, come bouldering at Monk one time for free.
Bouldering is a super social sport and you easily connect with others. You climb walls up to 4 meters high without a rope or other aids. Under the walls are thick drop mats. In between climbing you can help each other with tips to get a route or just have a chat afterwards with a beer at the bar. Ideal to bring friends for once or try it together.
Play padel 2 times for free at one of the 3 locations of Padelclub Rotterdam! The locations are Victoria (outdoor), Terbregge (indoor) and Feijenoord (indoor).

Unlimited free participation in the playtime classes of Natuurlijk Sportief! During the lessons you go into nature and challenge yourself with everything that cross your road. Drag a branch, lift a stone, walk through the grass, stand on one leg. As hard, as often and as much as you want. Look around and find small or big challenges to test and to improve yourself.
The lessons will take place in the Kralingse Bos (click on the link above for the exact location). The starting times are: Tuesday at 19.30h (basic), Thursday at 19.30h (basic) and Friday at 10.00 am (start).
