Erasmus Sport has a state-of-the-art fitness center with a diverse array of high quality equipment from our partner Life Fitness. The equipment has been selected in a way that allows a wide variety of individual training options for each user to cater to their fitness goals.

There is an extensive cardio section which focusses primarily on conditioning (heart/lung) and weight control. In addition to the wide variety of cardio equipment, there is also a section to train the core and abdominal muscles.

To focus on whole body conditioning, there are a large number of user-friendly machines available. The machines are arranged in a logical order to allow you to train on your own quickly to attain your fitness goals.

For the group that wants to increase (sport-specific) muscle strength and –mass, there are a large number of devices (Hammer Strength) and a variety of free weights (dumbbells and barbells). Furthermore, there are two power racks present to facilitate a large range of essential compound exercises. In addition, unique, the Gladiator Zone, offers sport-specific strength training and group training, such as circuits.

There is more. We offer the possibility to train with Kettlebells, multiple Thera Bands, Plyo Boxes, Slam Balls and you can use our TRX to train safely with your own body weight. In addition, professional guidance can be given through instructors available who can inform and advise you on the use of the devices if desired. Our instructors like to ensure responsible workouts. They can give you individual advice catered to your personal needs that you have available directly on your mobile if you have activated the Erasmus Sport app.

For those who want to take an extra step in the field of training, we offer nutritional guidance; a personalized written nutritional schedule, considering your wishes and needs. Ask our instructors for the possibilities.
