At Erasmus Sport, we offer different types of classes every day. To help you choose a class, we are happy to explain what our classes entail. Check out our full offer below. 

Do you like variety and challenge? Then Aerobics BBB is for you! During this class we combine the best aerobics moves with different exercises. The focus is on the belly, glutes and legs. Using dynabands (resistance bands), we challenge you to build more strength, but also your arm and shoulders get a turn thanks to the weights. Everything happens on a motivating, fast beat and the class is easy to follow for every level!

 

This class is on Mondays from 17.00 to 18.00 and Wednesday from 18.00 to 19.00.

Do you want to work on your whole body and have fun at the same time? Then Aerobics Steps BBB is the perfect class for you! During this group class we mix aerobics with step exercises and BBB training. With dynabands and weights we bring extra challenge to the workout so that not only your abdomen, buttocks and legs, but also your arms and shoulders become stronger. In short, an intense full body workout on a fast beat that is easy for everyone to follow.

 

This class is on Tuesday from 17.00 to 18.00.

Always wanted to dance like a real ballet dancer? In this class you will work on flexibility, strength and better posture while enjoying this artistry of the age-old dance technique. We start at the barre to practice technique and then do dance steps, jumps and turns in the center of the room. The class material is repeated every 6 to 9 weeks, so you make a lot of progress. Everyone can participate. The most important thing is that we enjoy dancing together.

 

This class is on Tuesdays from 12.30 to 13.34.

Would you like to combine classical ballet with a sporty twist? Then this class is for you! We do plies, tendu’s, relevé’s and more from classical ballet technique, but in a fitness way with repetitive sets to a nice beat. All muscle groups are covered, and the movements also provide a good cardio workout. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced ballet dancer, everyone can join in. Together we work on supple, strong muscles and beautiful posture.

 

This class is on Thursdays from 18.00 to 19.00.

Do you want to work on your fitness, strength and coordination? Then boxing is for you! During class, you’ll practice punches, footwork and reaction skills with a partner or on punching bags. Boxing is the ideal mix of cardio and strength, where you not only train your muscles, but also build a strong mindset. Whether you are a beginner or inexperienced, everyone can join and be challenged to do their best.

 

This class is on Mondays from 19.00 tot 20.15, Tuesdays from 18.00 to 19.15 and Thursdays from 18.00 to 19.15.

 

Bringing your own boxing gloves is mandatory.

Do you want to work on strength, technique and fitness? Then Boxing Bag is for you! During this class you will practice punching and kicking techniques on the boxing bag, not only improving your strength and speed, but also training your coordination and endurance. You’ll work with quick combinations and longer sessions to improve your balance and reflexes. Whether you are beginner or experienced, this workout offers a challenging workout for everyone. It’s intense, effective and, above all, great fun to do.

 

This class is on Mondays from 18.00 to 19.00, Tuesdays from 17.00 to 18.00 and Fridays from 18.00 to 19.00.

Do you want to work on endurance, technique and strategy? Then Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is for you! In the nogi variant you train without a traditional uniform, which makes for a fast and dynamic workout. During class you will learn wrestling techniques in specific situations and finish the class with sparring against different training partners. Whether beginner or advanced, everyone can train and progress at their own level. BJJ is challenging, effective and gives you a unique experience!

 

This class is on Tuesdays from 20.00 to 21.30, Thursdays from 19.00 to 20.30 and Saturdays from 13.15 to 14.45.

Do you want to reduce stress and improve your flexibility? Then Circl Mobility® is the perfect class for you! This class focuses on breathing and mobility exercises combined with music that helps focus your mind and release tension. You’ll work on restoring your range of motion, improving your balance and speeding up your recovery. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, student or busy worker, Circl Mobility® helps you move better and longer. Relax, improve your focus and feel your best!

 

This class is on Fridays from 19.00 to 19.30.

Do you want to work on strength, flexibility and focus? Then Core Yoga is for you! In this class you will strengthen your abs, stretch your hips deeply and build strength in your shoulders and arms. You will learn to consciously use your breathing, so you get more out of each exercise. Core Yoga not only helps you become physically stronger, but also calmer and more balanced. The class is suitable for any level, whether you are a beginner or already experienced. Come relax and strengthen your center.

 

This class is on Wednesdays from 09.00 to 10.30.

Do you love to dance or want to learn cool moves? Then Dance Mix is perfect for you! From beginners to advanced, you can learn different styles such as hip-hop, jazz-funk and commercial. We start the class with a warm-up, followed by techniques and of course a dance routine. At the end we have a cool-down. During class you will learn new skills, but you will also find new friendships. Come dance and be motivated by a fun and energetic group.

 

This class is on Mondays from 20.15 to 21.30.

Want to work on flexibility, strength and peace? Flow Yoga is the perfect way! This dynamic and fluid style of yoga allows poses to flow smoothly into each other, feeling like meditation in motion. Flow Yoga has a calming effect on both body and mind, while building muscle strength and increasing flexibility. Regular practice helps you create a strong and flexible body. Whether you are new or already experienced, this class offers a nice challenge for everyone.

 

This class is on Saturdays from 11.00 to 12.00.

Do you want to work on balance, strength and peace? Hatha Yoga helps you master your body and breath through asanas, breathing and relaxation. It balances the body and mind and provides greater flexibility, strength and a better immune system. Regular practice also helps with stress reduction and digestion. This class is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners with variations for every level.

 

This class is on Mondays from 09.00 to 10.30 and Tuesdays from 19.00 to 20.00.

Do you like an intensive and effective workout that gets you results fast? Then HIT is for you! During this class you alternate short periods of maximum effort with moments of recovery. Burn more calories in less time, improve your condition and work on your mental strength. Thanks to the mix of exercise, props and motivating music, you will always stay motivated. This class is on Thursdays from 17.00 to 18.00 and Sundays from 12.00 to 13.00.

Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just want to get in shape, Indoor Cycling is an effective and fun way to reach your goals. It is an intense group workout on a stationary bike, guided by an instructor, with varying sprints, climbs and bike workouts. The workout combines cardio and strength, ideal for improving both your fitness and muscles. The intensity can be adjusted to match everyone's needs.

 

Arrive 5 minutes before class to set up the bike and monitor for a safe workout. Don't forget to bring your water bottle, towel, sportswear and sneakers!

 

This class is on Mondays from 17.30 to 18.30, Wednesdays from 17.30 to 18.30, Thursdays from 18.00 to 19.00 and Saturdays from 12.00 to 13.00.

Do you want to work on strength, speed and balance? Then judo is for you! In this class you will learn how to use your opponent’s strength and speed to your advantage. You focus on taking your partner off balance, while maintaining your own balance. Judo is a great way to train and improve your full body conditionally. This sport not only helps you become stronger, but also more flexible and agile. The class is suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner, or already experienced. This class is on Wednesdays from 18.30 to 20.45.

Do you want an energetic break during your work or study? Then this “break” workout is perfect for you! This class combines 30 minutes of simple fitness training with 15 minutes of bodyweight strength training. You get an effective workout AND a good dose of fun. No matter how tough your day is, you're guaranteed to feel better after this workout. The class is suitable for anyone who wants to move, laugh and carry on in a good mood. Join in and get yourself all fired up.

 

This class is on Thursdays from 12:15 to 13:00.

Do you want to combine strength, speed and technique? Then kickboxing is for you! This combat sport combines punches from boxing with kicks from fighting arts such as karate and taekwondo. During class you work on your physical strength, endurance and technical skills. Kickboxing is an intensive workout where you can compete recreationally as well as competitively. Whether you are new or already experienced, this class offers a challenge for everyone.

 

This class is on Fridays from 19:00 to 20:45.

Do you want to combine strength, discipline and focus? Then naginata is for you! This Japanese martial art, named after the traditional weapon, helps you train both your body and mind. During training, you work on endurance, coordination and mental strength, while respecting and developing at your own pace. Classes are beginner-friendly, and you can start without special equipment. Do you want to get stronger and work on your fat burning at the same time? Then Power Pump is the class for you! During this energetic group workout with music, you'll train all your muscles with weights and dumbbells. More muscles means more fat burning, even at rest. Each class is slightly different, and you control the intensity by adjusting the weight on your dumbbell. Want to work on strength and endurance in a small group? Small Group Training (SGT) is the ideal circuit training for your whole body. During this time-controlled workout, you work at your own level while being challenged to train at high intensity. The focus always lies on proper technique so you can exercise safely and effectively. The workouts are varied and guided by Erasmus Sport's experienced personal trainers.
