At Erasmus Sport we have a wide range of group classes for everyone who wants to stay fit in a fun and effective way. Whether you want to improve your condition, build strength or are looking for relaxation, there is always a class that suits you. Our experienced instructors are ready to guide you so you can achieve your goals together!

Timetable and Cancelations

Below is a clear and convenient class schedule, allowing you to easily choose the group classes that fit your interests and schedule. Should a class be cancelled unexpectedly, for example due to illness or other circumstances, we will keep you informed here, via Instagram or via the Erasmus Sport App as soon as possible.
 
This way we make sure you always get the most out of your experience and can continue to achieve your athletic goals!

Explanation of group classes

With our extensive and varied selection of group classes, it can sometimes be difficult to choose. Fortunately, with an Erasmus Sports Pass you can join group classes unlimitedly and therefore try out whether a particular class is suitable for you.
 
All classes are suitable for beginners to advanced and the instructors take your level into account. The necessary materials are available (except boxing gloves), but of course you can always bring for example a yoga mat yourself!
