When you lose your Erasmus Sport pass or if this pass has been stolen, you should report this as\u00a0soon as possible. This can be done at our service desk or by email: info@erasmussport.nl<\/a>.<\/p>

After reporting your missing pass, we can duplicate your Erasmus Sport pass at our service desk. For this, you pay \u20ac7,50 administration costs. With the creation of such a duplicate, your old pass loses its validity.<\/p>

If the lost or stolen Erasmus Sport pass is used by someone else in the meantime this will be\u00a0seen as abuse and we will have to take the Erasmus Sport pass (also see our general terms and\u00a0conditions).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Lost and found (clothing, shoes, etc.) are kept for at least 1 week on the first floor, next to the elevator. Every Friday the items, which are there for more than a week, are taken away.<\/p>

You can check the validity of your sports pass in different ways:<\/span><\/p>

  1. The date on which your pass expires is printed on your sports pass. <\/span><\/li>
  2. Go to our <\/span>webshop<\/span><\/a> and click on 'My profile', 'My history' and 'My sports pass'. There, you can see whether your sports pass is active and valid. If there is no active and valid sports pass there, you can always purchase a new one in 'Sports passes'. Do you think the info in your account is incorrect because you do have a valid sports pass? Then follow the instructions, specifying the email address that we noted when you bought your sports pass from us. <\/span>Please note:<\/b> don't create <\/span>a<\/span> new account if you already have a sports pass. You already have a sports pass, so you already have an account as well. When you create a new account, the system does not recognize you and you still cannot log in.       Our promotional passes are valid for a predetermined period of time, for example up to and including August 31. When you scan your pass at the entrance gate next to our service desk, the screen will always show the expiration date.\u00a0Besides, there are several other ways to check the validity of your pass:<\/p>
